Location not so good (but with reasonable transport links nearby), but excellent accommodation
Pros:

Brand new rooms and building, good breakfast and a café inside the building that works at daytime.

Cons:

Just one of the staff members seemed to be angry when asked something, but the other two I had contact with were absolutely wonderful.

Pros:

La chambre était bien équipée et propre. Le petit déjeuner correct. Il faut cependant compter environ 30 minutes en voiture pour aller dans le centre de Munich.

Alles bestens, super Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis.
Pros:

Schneller und unkomplizierter Check-in. Zimmer klein aber völlig ausreichend und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. alles in sehr gutem Zustand.

Cons:

Parkplätze direkt am Hotel nur kostenpflichtig oder in 5-10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.

Accueil très succinct
Pros:

Emplacement calme malgré une grande rue a côté.

Cons:

L'accueil du personnel de service de l'après midi. Il nous a laissé attendre 10 minutes avant de s'occuper de nous. Pas poli, nous avions l'air de le déranger. Pas souriant ni causant. Clairement il doit changer de boulot.

Sauber, gute Lage und Preisleistung okay

Cons:

Der Fernseher war kaputt und es gab niemanden, der ihn zum Laufen gebracht hat, obwohl es zugesagt wurde. Während der WM darf das nicht passieren.

Super Ausgangspunkt für einen Stadtbesuch.
Pros:

Es war ein praktisch und freundlich eingerichteter Raum. Sehr sauber und ruhig. Eine kleine Küchenzeile war auch vorhanden.
