Heel schoon en modern appartement! Heel vriendelijk personeel, kregen een upgrade met airconditioning. Ideaal en rustig gelegen voor een doorreis en een bezoekje aan de dierentuin!

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt bis auf die Wärme in der Wohnung war alles top.

Die Unterkunft hat mir insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, die Sauberkeit war wirklich top. Auch die Wohnung selbst war schön und modern eingerichtet. Insgesamt war alles gut und ich habe mich wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Das einzige, was mich etwas gestört hat, war die Temperatur in der Wohnung. Es war wirklich extrem warm. Es gab zwar eine mobile Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, allerdings hat diese die Wohnung bzw. besonders das Schlafzimmer nicht wirklich gekühlt. Im Schlafzimmer hat man davon eigentlich nichts gemerkt. Zum Glück stand dort ein Ventilator, mit dem ich mir über die Nacht helfen konnte. Ansonsten war aber alles in Ordnung.

Bonjour,

Je souhaite déposer une réclamation concernant mon séjour dans cet établissement réservé via Booking.com.

Je n’ai, à ce jour, jamais eu à faire de réclamation auprès de Booking.com, mais la situation que nous avons vécue dans cet hôtel a été particulièrement grave et inacceptable. Nous étions en famille, avec deux enfants, et ce séjour a été totalement gâché pour plusieurs raisons.

1. Nuisances sonores importantes durant la nuit

Nous avons été confrontés à un bruit extrêmement important provenant des oiseaux, qui nous a empêchés de dormir correctement pendant la nuit. Les enfants ont été particulièrement impactés.

2. Véhicule volontairement bloqué pendant toute la nuit

Mon arrivée étant prévue vers 19h, j’avais préalablement contacté l’établissement. Comme personne n’était présent à la réception à notre arrivée, on m’a indiqué par téléphone de me rendre sur le parking et il m’a été confirmé que le paiement pourrait être effectué le lendemain, sous réserve qu’une place soit disponible.

Une place ayant finalement été trouvée, je me suis garé et suis allé rejoindre ma famille dans notre appartement.

Environ une heure plus tard, lorsque nous sommes revenus pour sortir et aller manger, nous avons découvert qu’un autre véhicule avait été garé perpendiculairement à mon véhicule, de manière à nous empêcher complètement de sortir du parking.

Nous étions donc bloqués, sans aucune possibilité de sortie, avec nos deux enfants.

Je précise que j’ai pris des photographies de la situation ainsi que des plaques d’immatriculation des véhicules concernés, que je peux transmettre à Booking.com comme preuves.

Le plus incompréhensible est que le véhicule est resté dans cette position pendant toute la nuit. Le lendemain matin, il était toujours présent et n’avait pas été déplacé.

Cette situation nous a empêchés de sortir, de circuler librement et de profiter de notre séjour comme prévu.
