Die Lage ist perfekt ! Und das Zimmer hatte ein gute Größe.
Die Frühstücksauswahl könnte besser sein bspw. ein BircherMüsli gehört mittlerweile fast zum Standard von Häusern in diesem Preissegment. Der Automaten-O-Saft war unterirdisch. Wenn schon kein frisch gepresster Saft angeboten wird, dann sollten zumindest eine Auswahl an Säften in Flaschenform vorhanden sein.
Sehr nahe am Bahnhof und super Frühstücksbüffet
es gab in meinem Zimmer keinen Arbeitsplatz, mit Hocker konnte man improvisieren, war aber nicht für längere Zeit geeignet
Modern hotel with digital key and comfortable bed. Big shower, good wifi, big tv. Was very nice. Checkin can ne done via a terminal, but once i started someone quickly jumped to help and was very nice. Elevator did not work, but he offered to carry my luggage upstairs. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit, chocolate cream was never empty. On the first day they dont clean your room to save the environment which I like.
The room key was not nfc but via a mobile web page, accessible via qr code. You just needed your last name and check in date to open any room, so a bit scary. The mails i got in advance to check in in advance looked scetchy, displayed incorrect prices for the hotel, did not know i payed already, and linked to an app that did not exist. Having arrived it was of course possible to check in at the front desk, but during the stay you also get a lot of emails with ads about hotel offers.
There was an offer to not have your room cleaned, but no sign to hang at the door. I put the offer card in front of my door but someone took it away and then I did not have even that card anymore. Why not also do it in the mobile app, to modify room cleaning whishes.

Lift is/was defect!

Aufzug funktionierte während des mehrtägigen Aufenthalts nicht, wurde lediglich durch Plakate an beiden Liften kommuniziert- bei einem Zimmer im 4. Stock schon ziemlich beschwerlich.
Duschdichtung war halb abgelöst, daher war der Boden im Bad sehr rutschig und ständig nass.
Great location next to the train station. Friendly workers. Bathrooms were pretty clean.
Air conditioner was quite noisy the whole night long. Bed was a bit too hard. Elevator was broken for all 3 days that we were there. Automated check-in was complicated but friendly staff were very helpful with that.
