Nein tut mir leid, aber Personal ist einfach wichtig und sich sicher zu fühlen in einem Hotel auch.
Cons:

Bin leider in ein anderes Hotel gegangen, weil mir das einfach zu komisch war.
Hatte das Gefühl der einzige Gast zu sein, Kein Personal vor Ort, es wurde nur per WhatsApp kommuniziert und das war nach meinem Gefühl KI und kein Mensch. Tür zum Garten konnte man nicht verriegeln. Hatte so ein ungutes Gefühl das ich das Hotel sogar noch gewechselt habe.
Aber das ich nicht beim Frühstück war, ist auch keinem aufgefallen und das ich nicht ausgecheckt habe auch nicht, aber gut wenn kein Personal vor Ort ist.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Zimmer mit Blick auf den See. Schöner geht's nicht.

Cons:

Leider hat man keinen Kontakt zu irgendeinem Menschen, außer beim Frühstück zur Mitarbeiterin, die das Frühstück zubereitet. Ansonsten gibt es keine Möglichkeit, mit einem Mitarbeiter zu sprechen. Das Online-Check-In funktionierte bei uns nicht ohne Probleme. Die angegebene Telefonnummer funktionierte ebenfalls nicht. Man hat nur über WhatsApp kommunizieren können. Dabei war ich mir nicht sicher, ob ich überhaupt mit einem Menschen oder mit einem Chatbot kommuniziert hatte. Am Schluss hat zwar alles geklappt, aber so richtig wohl habe ich mich nicht gefühlt.
Des weiteren würde das Bad eine Renovierung vertragen.
Außerdem habe ich einen zweiten Stuhl im Deluxe Doppelzimmer vermisst, der Platz wäre da gewesen.

Die Laage am See.

Cons:

Zu dieser Buchung habe ich sage und schreibe 28 E-Mails erhalten, zusätzlich mehrere WhatsApp-Nachrichten. Das war bereits im Vorfeld sehr unübersichtlich und unnötig kompliziert.

Vor Ort angekommen, erhielt ich jeweils einen Code für die Haustür und einen weiteren für das Zimmer. Das gesamte Haus ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt ungepflegt. Fleckige Wände und Teppiche sowie extrem hellhörige Zimmer sorgen nicht gerade für Wohlfühlatmosphäre – man hört sogar, wenn im Nachbarzimmer die Gardine zugezogen wird.

Beim Betreten des Hauses schlägt einem ein unangenehmer Geruch nach Katzenurin entgegen. Vermutlich stammt dieser von den im Eingangsbereich abgestellten Blumenkübeln, die im Sommer wohl draußen stehen.

Ich reise rund acht Monate im Jahr durch verschiedene Hotels weltweit, aber dieses Frühstück war mit Abstand das enttäuschendste, das ich bisher erlebt habe. Zudem wurden zwei bestellte Latte halb volle Latte-Macchiato mit zusätzlich 7,80 € berechnet.

Insgesamt leider nicht zu empfehlen.

It’s a nice spot to spend a night at Bad Saarow, with access to the lake and close to the SaarowTherme — the hotel gives you a small discount for the day package as well as towels and robes if you book it through them. They also have a brilliant option for the late checkout which we were ready to pay for, as we really needed to sleep in.

Cons:

I had a feeling that the hotel tries a bit too hard to market itself to a specific audience, and it’s on the verge of getting annoying with this whole “vibe” (even to me, who can probably be seen as part of that audience). Also, with so much fuss and fluff, making visitors pay extra for the tea in the hallway is a bit weird.

Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön. Der Blick auf den See ist toll. Ich fand es leider sehr anonym.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat etwas muffig gerochen. Das Duschbad war leer und auf einem Bett war ein grosses langes schwarzes Haar.

This place is super dreamy. I feel like it's a Millennial's Pinterest page come true and I mean that as a high compliment. Our room was massive and had a stunning view of the lake. The bed was extremely comfortable and I love how everything was decorated. There was a cozy communal chill space complete with games, beanbags and a fireplace. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious and had locally sourced products from a nearby farm. We were even able to use the e books for free. I hope I can come back in the warmer months so I can hula hoop freely on the lawn in front of the lake. It's also within walking distance to the thermal. Take me back!
