Pros:

Moderne Zimmer, eine tolle Dusche, ein außergewöhnliches Gebäude mit toller Aussicht und einer fantastischen Lage am Karolinenviertel.

Cons:

Leider war die Rezeption im Vorwege trotz mehrfacher Versuche telefonisch nicht zu erreichen.

Die Mitarbeiter/innen am Empfang sind freundlich, aber auch nicht mehr. Es fehlte für uns die Zugewandtheit zum Gast.

Während des Aufenthalts hatten wir Schwierigkeiten mit Kaffeemaschiene und Licht. Mehrfach haben wir versucht, die Rezeption telefonisch zu erreichen, auch hier ging niemand ans Telefon.

Zudem war der Contitioner leider leer.

Also alles in allem eigentlich ein wirklich schönes Hotel und wir würden auch wiederkommen, aber hinsichtlich des Services noch viel Luft nach oben.

Upersonlig kontakt til medarbejderne. Ingen følelse af at blive forkælet selvom vi havde bestilt en suite.

Spændende område og historie. Fine værelser.

Cons:

Der manglede mange ting. Isterning maskinen var itu. Ingen sæbe i bruseren. Døren strammede indtil toilettet. Noget sølle kaffe på værelserne.
