I didn't like it and I will never stay there again. The non-working elevator left a terrible impress

The only advantage of this place is its proximity to a tram stop and 10 stops to the central station.

Cons:

The room itself was quite cramped for two people with a 13-year-old daughter, and the child had a folding chair-bed that was far from the best quality.
The area was tense, with numerous homeless people wandering about with unclear intentions. Furthermore, the busy streets were dotted with construction sites and deserted areas, making the neighbourhood quite unsafe.

Pros:

Liked the self check-in and door codes. Easy entry. The location was fair.

Cons:

The floor was dirty. The space was very little. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The sofa bed did not have any linen, asked the hosts for extra blanket to put underneath, because the sofa bed was very rough to sleep on, but hey didn't have any extra ones. Was very tired because of it during our 2 day stay from Jan 28-30, 2026.
Also on the ground floor, in the main chilling area there was a mice/rat.
