good location but dirty
Pros:

the location was perfect (close supermarket and means of transport)

Cons:

The room was pretty dirty, especially the kitchen (either tableware or cookware). We had just one fork and one knife for two people. The neighbors were noisy and you could hear everything from one room to the other

Pros:

Lage im Viertel mit Pro und Cons und Küchenzeile

Cons:

Schwamm für Küche fehlt. Mikrowelle nah am Feuermelder -Risiko. Nicht 100% sauber. Parkmöglichkeiten sehr eingeschränkt

Pros:

It was accessible and one could unlock the doors through ones phone

Cons:

The room nearby was noisy and it was disturbing. Although our windows and doors were closed, we could still the smell of smoke from the other room.

Pros:

Localização e limpeza da wc, a cama era confortável .

Cons:

A tv não funcionava , prontamente ficaram de ir resolver o problema mas isso não aconteceu, não apareceu ninguém, a cozinha não tinha utensílios suficientes para um casal , só existia um garfo .

Cons:

Tuvimos una avería con la puerta de entrada a la vivienda , dimos el aviso y nos comentaron que vendrían al día siguiente, nos perjudicó ya que no podíamos entrar y salir de la habitación. Al día siguiente seguíamos con el problema y menos mal que una mujer de la limpieza le cambió las pilas a la batería de la cerradura y se solucionó

I barely slept and the place was dirty. Wouldn’t stay again,

Cons:

Room smelt of smoke, dirty floor with food on (noodle), no way to turn radiator/temperature down - temperature knob on radiator didn’t work, bathroom socket taped and hanging out of wall, smoke alarm missing, noise - drunk people shouting at 3am, coffee machine dirty, constantly dripping shower head that I had to lay down on the shower floor to stop the noise of it dripping.

Had potential
Pros:

Our room had a fairly equipped kitchen which was so handy. The bathroom was big and the shower was good. The TV had access to Netflix.

Cons:

THERE WAS A MOUSE! And because there was no in-person reception it made it really difficult to resolve the situation. We messaged them and they said someone will come the next day to investigate so we had to stay the night with the mouse running around (which caused us to have a really poor sleep). The next day when we get back to our room we could tell someone had come and cleaned up but they hadn’t actually done anything about the mouse and they didn’t even have the courtesy to message us about it.

When we moved rooms (which they seemed really annoyed about, but it was a valid request given the situation) we were very delighted BUT THEN Netflix didn’t work because the tv was not connected to the internet, which is another reason why having an in-person reception would’ve been much more beneficial. Honestly made our stay quite unenjoyable because we were not receiving what we paid for. It’s really upsetting because we had booked this place last minute due to an issue with our last accommodation and it’s unfortunate that it did not live up to expectation.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro en pleno frankfurt y muy bien conectado con el tranvía en la misma puerta. Genial !!!
