I don’t recommend it.
Pros:

10 Mins from U Bahn.

Cons:

The smell at the hotel like if you are in an Indian Resturant.
Till late night cooking at the hotel underground.

Smell is discusting.

Das Wort Hotel ist zu hoch gegriffen
Pros:

Da ich aus einem anderen Aufenthalt das Haus kannte, war es o.k.Die Unterkunft ist sehr günstig, allerdings darf man keinen allgemeinen Hotelstandart erwarten. Es gibt keine wirklich besetzte Rezeption, der anwesenden Mitarbeiter gibt sich aber viel Mühe. Es war auch sehr ruhig, kaum Straßenlärm. Bett war o.k.., Matratze in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das"Hotel" setzt wohl auf Minimalismus. Bett, Garderobe, Tisch, ein Stuhl. In meinem zweiten Zimmer hatte ich einen Wasserkocher. Verständigung funktioniert nur auf Englisch., wir haben es irgendwie hinbekommen. In der einen Woche Aufenthalt gab es keine Reinigung, Das ein oder andere war reperaturbedürftig, wie die Garderobe in meinem ersten Zimmer und das Treppengeländer.

Wir wurden beklaut.
Pros:

Es war preiswert.

Cons:

Wir sind im Hotel beklaut worden. 60 Euro Bargeld und eine teure Maschine einfach weg. Im Nachgang keinerlei Videoüberwachung und keinerlei Verantwortungsgefühl. Außerdem gab es in unserem Zimmer Schimnel. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Leider hat mir überhaupt nichts gefallen

Cons:

Ich würde das Hotel niemandem ansatzweise weiterempfehlen. Das Pesonal sehr sehr unfreundlich, die Zimmertür war kaputt und man konnte nicht das Zimmer absperren, die Duschen haben nicht funktioniert. Also der gesamte Aufenthalt war einfach nur Horror

Hotel in einer ruhigen Lage, Betten ok, kein deutscher Ansprechpartner
Pros:

Parkplatz auf dem Hof ausreichend groß,
Ruhige Lage,
Supermarkt in der Nähe (ca 250m),

Cons:

kein Ansprechpartner in deutscher Sprache, auch nicht beim Check In.
Ich bin in Deutschland und da erwarte ich einen Ansprechpartner oder Hotelangestellten der Deutsch spricht.

Es war sehr runtergekommen. Das erste angebotene Zimmer haben wir aus dem Grund abgelehnt. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht annähernd der Realität. Schimmel und sehr schlechter Zustand allgemein. Nicht empfehlenswert!!!
