Cons:

I had one booking from 21-23 Jan at the.same hotel. But Treebo called me and informed that the hotel was overbooked although I had made a 50% advance. They shifted me to Treebo Grand Shivay. But that location was inconvenient, so I cancelled the booking. Treebo never informed Grand Shivay and my booking was marked as no show. Despite several emails and messages I am yet to get a refund. And the amount it more than 4K. This is plain robbery by the Treebo group.

Do not choose Treebo.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The hotel is called The Hotel Plaza. Treebo rents out rooms from this place so customers think they are coming to Treebo but its Hotel Plaza. Booking.com said I did not need to prepay, my booking got cancelled as Treebo has a requirements to pay half upfront.

There were insects on the walls and beds. We changed Hotel next night.

It was not so up to mark
Pros:

Breakfast is not up to mark.
Location is good but building is quite weak

Cons:

Room pictures were nice but physically was not as per pictures
Rooms must be more better and most importantly breakfast must be in proper quality and good menu

Pros:

I had booked a single occupancy room for myself for one night. The pros are the hotel was easily accessible. The location was decent. The staff was polite. I reached quite late at night but I did not face any hassle with check in. The hotel even called me twice as a reminder call for breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel is on the 6th floor of an old building so the first thought seeing it was scary for a single female traveller. There was a guard at the ground floor from where I entered so it was fine. Rooms are small and compact but had all the necessary equipments like electric kettle, toiletries etc. breakfast had only 2 options (Upma and idli). Taste was decent. Tea was there. Rest it was all fine as I was there for just one night.

We liked nothing of the hotel because what is shown in online and actual facilities provided are far different.

Location though at the centre of the city, place was dirty...noisy, dusty...

It's not a hotel but looked like Guest house...
They occupied 2 floors only in the building, picture of which is posted on the web.

Cons:

The whole place was dirty, toilet stinking., unlike other properties under Treebo brand.

Dining hall was so unhygienic with cramped table n chair, dirty floors, litters all around.

We had to stay one nite as we reached late nite...
But next day morning we had to cancel booking of 2 days n shifted to some other hotel..
