Pros:

Rooms were nice, the owner and all of the staff they were so lovely, they even went ahead and arranged special candle light dinner for my girl friend, they are no brainer, they increased our stay for 1 hour!! Best!!

Personalised attention given by the owners of the property. We were at the hotel during the recent terrorist attack and were fortunate to receive support from the establishment.

Downright ‘Cheats’, hotels that seek full payment at the time of advance payment and do not have their own restaurant, m

Absolutely horrendous.

Cons:

One man show(coolie, Front office, room service) all attended to by this poor fellow. General Manager, Owner - none ever showed up; repeated calls to their mobiles remained unanswered. I checked out in disgust the very next morning notwithstanding the fact that the hotel had insisted on and got me to make FULL PAYMENT for 3 nights in advance.
And they have the cheek to formally check me out after 3 days and send me the invoice, THUGS, no service industry can hope to prosper with this kind of deceit, this one too would meet its end sooner than later.

PS : path to the room was hazardous with a mound of packed snow/ice all along; dangerous for senior citizens, no photos were therefore taken.

I felt it to be overpriced given the facility. At the same price you would get luxury stay with much more amenities. They need to rethink the pricing
