Beautiful, tasty, kind
Pros:

The place is amazing, service was kind and friendly
The rooms was clean and nice, we saw bad reviews about the food- I don’t know why because food was great! Price was good.
After all- we had a great time here we took 3 rooms and enjoyed every moment here!!!
I thank all majestic retreat team 🙏🏽

Location is the biggest advantage of this property.

Only the location.

Cons:

Services and amenities were really bad. Breakfast was tasty but no variety. No proper cutlery, inexperienced staff.
Rooms were just not fine. None of the plug points were working, no kettle was working, cleanliness too wasn’t up to mark.

Cool mais pas non plus incroyable
Pros:

La vue, et la plage qui est pas très loin (plage de Kappil pas celle de Varkala). Celle de Varkala est à 6km

Cons:

Le wifi était pas fou du tout à la chambre. Je voulais prendre une douche mais l’eau était froide on a appris seulement au moment du départ qu’il y a un bouton pour allumer le boiler (peut être c’est mieux si ils mettent une petite explication)

Horrible stay, horrible food, horrible people running the resort.

Cons:

They were hosting an outdoor reception in the limited area that they have when other guests were there. When confronted, they called us cheap and that we were looking for a refund. We checked out in a day because there were serial lights dangling from the rooftops of our rooms, and we had toddlers with us who were at risk of getting electrocuted. There was no walking space outside the room either due to the decorations everywhere (photos of our room front attached). They charged ₹130 per breakfast which was unpalatable, dosas and idlies were sour, and tea and coffee were basically coloured hot water. I have raised a consumer court grievance against these terrible people and the useless service they provided. My humble request and suggestion to Booking.com would be to stop your association with these people.

Nice Location and Rooms are well maintained. The host was very helpful and friendly.
Pros:

There is a small pond just outside the rooms which make the stay even more beautiful and especially sunset is amazing if there is no cloud cover. Great Stay! Kudos to the host and the team.

The worse stay....!
Pros:

The staff was very rude and the words they spoke was unparliamentary. The lady who took care of the property was such a maniac. Please please dont book this property 🙏. Our guests were senior citizens. These prople misbehaved yo them. Even a tea they didnt gave when asked. The worse property in varkala.

Pros:

Worst breakfast arrangements , only few idlis and dosai, that too dosai was not available after 15 min, 1 chutney and 1 curry. No breads, jams, only watermelon was there as cut fruit

We expected a more professional setup. When we arrived late at night after a tiring day on our motorcycles at 8:45, the dining wasn’t available. Thankfully the lady at the reception asked us to order from Swiggy which was luckily available in the area.
