Everything Was Just Awesome
Only location is the positive of this property
Upkeep and maintenance is very very poor. Initial room allotted was full of dust and they changed and upgraded the room(room no 612). There was water logging issues in both shower and washbasin. Washbasin issue was address but shower area didn't though they said it was done. The key holder of the room was not there and as a result all lights and AC were on when come out of the room. Foot mat was very very shabby.. When we went for the morning breakfast, we found left over items scattered on the floor from previous day as that was not a part of morning buffet. Also I found one of the dining table was supported with while paper as it seems its bottom screw missing. Overall attention to details and cleanliness was totally missing. I our view this property is an insult to ITC brand

- The pool was not open and not allowed to sit around the pool because of construction.
- A TV, but no chromecast or Apple TV. So all you can do is watch Indian stuff.
- Easy to hear people outside your room
- God served ice coffee in a paper cup at breakfast (it was very good though)
- 2 people asked me the same day to rate the hotel on Google while I ate breakfast, asked if I could put their name in it and stood there waiting while I did it. Felt very weird.
- I didn’t want housekeeping and 3 of the staff asked me if I was sure…also felt weird since I put the sign up. Isn’t that what the sign is for…
- not possible to open the windows in the room to let air in
