Despite paying abd booking for a room of 3 , the hotel charges additional for extra bed for 3rd person.whats the point of booking for 3 people of still had to pay for extra bed that too after paying more for room of 3.

Cons:

For kids they should ideally pack foods or allow to carry juices since kids generally eat in batches..when parents are requesting staff should understand

I felt bad when your staff priya objected me for juice telling its not allowed to take outside and started telling that you can have it..atleast have some manner to understand that we are requesting for 1 bottle for our kid

Even they ask for feedback forcefully which shoulnt be done

Our stay at Fairfield by Marriot Anand Cosmos Mall Agra
Pros:

It is a comparatively new hotel in this location but beats the 2 neighboring hotels where we have stayed from time to time.The entire staff is well trained and efficient and I shall specially mentioned Ms Priyanka for her efficiency style and empathy for guests

Cons:

Only think missing is a bell boy and concierge service.You are expected to go 4 storeys by lift for check in and then return to lug your luggage to your room.This may be for cost cutting but NOT the trend and hospitality standard in our Country that is Bharat.Seeing our age the staff at reception helped but they are not meant for this job
