Pros:

Amazing hospitality by the staff. Extremely helpful. The manager is a gem of a person.
Good to see all the staff doing their best to give guest a stay memorable. The location of the hotel is very good. It's on the way to Katra helipad and on other side you got bus stand where you get eatries like Prem & Nathu.
I dropped my holiday inn booking and took a chance with sunburry click.
My purpose of visit is always having darshan of divine maa.
The place offers rickshaw right from outside the hotel.
The staff was very cooperative they addressed our questions and answered them since it was our first visit.
I will stay in this hotel coz of hospitality by staff and great location.

Pros:

It's a wonderful experience here at Click Sunburry Hotel along with my family members, the room including the washroom was very neat and clean. The location is at the centre of the Main Market. The quality of food served was delicious. The hotel staff's nature and behaviour was very good.

Decent but services need improvement.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is good as it is in the main market nearby Bus Stand and RFID card centre. Room size was ok.

Cons:

Cleanliness, staff service was not prompt. We had ask many times for a water bottle. There is no power back for AC. Whenever there was a power cut which was very frequent in Katra, we had to stay in hot and humid room temperature. TV was non functional and they avoided doing anything about it even after reporting.
