Decent but services need improvement.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is good as it is in the main market nearby Bus Stand and RFID card centre. Room size was ok.

Cons:

Cleanliness, staff service was not prompt. We had ask many times for a water bottle. There is no power back for AC. Whenever there was a power cut which was very frequent in Katra, we had to stay in hot and humid room temperature. TV was non functional and they avoided doing anything about it even after reporting.

Nice stay, great location.
Pros:

location was convenient.Room sizes were decent.

Cons:

curtain on window was bit lower than window size,resulting in small space where light was coming through.
TV remote was not functional and wash basin was bit smaller

Cons:

While the property is visually well-renovated, our stay was highly disappointing due to severe maintenance and service failures. We experienced persistent issues across multiple rooms, including blocked bathroom drains, broken locks, and a damp, musty smell. Basic amenities like toiletries, water, and remotes were consistently missing, and restaurant service was unacceptably slow or unavailable. The night staff, however, was genuinely helpful and the only highlight of our stay. Despite the property's potential, the lack of proper maintenance and effective staff support makes it difficult to recommend.

Location, its close to everything, the staff is really good, we had a few requests which the staff took and acted quickly the food provided was amazing.
