Cons:

The property was listed as available for booking andwhen I called for confirmation they told me its not ready to host us as its close for renovation. After speaking to customer care I got na email saying the case is resolved and I can still continue with the stay and as I reach I saw the hotel was shut and I had to look for an alternative solution.

Dog not allowed. I had to leave her in car got up multiple times to check on her. Staff gave free milk.

Good hotel, nice cozy rooms, well equipped with amenities, location is off beat amazing.
Pros:

The sea view is awesome from window. You can go for jogging beach front, can do yoga meditation, peaceful location but need to struggle to get in there during night time. Its very internal from the main road. So if u lost than ring to hotel staff even at mid night of early morning. They respond frequently and help you to get in there.

Cons:

The main manager is bit unsupportive in terms of check out and room charges things and also not an easy going with the staff. I heard he scold his staff badly. Manager need to change his attitude. Customers also suffer issues from his side for check ins check outs. Ground Management need to fix this issues.

Its was in very bed situation. Hotel rooms were not mentioned properly and things was broken and not working. Wi-Fi was not available due to our room was at 4th floor. Wi-Fi only available at ground floor. Bathroom was stinky bad. And door and taps were broken badly working at all. Water stops in between shower and cold water.
