Excellent hotel and friendly staff and service
Pros: staff was very helpful. Room service and calling cabs ok. AC was working very well. Room was very clean. Complimentary breakfast buffet was great.
Cons: Fridge was not cold at all. Inside of fridge was moldy. Toilet required 2 full flushes. Toilet smelled bad after flushing. Washroom wall mirror was too dark to use.
Only USP of the property is the location and security guard of it. Even when I was the first one to checkin on a Sunday morning, I had told that the hotel is full and I cannot be given a room with a double bed. The breakfast was not included in the room tariff and I had paid Rs.1000 taxes per person but the taste was pathetic and I have sever stomach ache after it. This is the worst fortune property I have visited so far. Other issues include TV not working, no staff member was available to help with it, the staff member came to the room to help after calling more than 5 times and had to wait really long for it.

Like 5-7 minutes walk to Sri Darbar Sahib - great location.
The staff - from security guard to front desk to other help / housekeeping - they are amazing. I have stayed here three times now.
Breakfast / food options are good too.
By far the best place I have stayed for my Visit to Harmindar Sahib its even better than Ramada

Best hotel, best location and best staff. I always prefer ITC hotels and I have never beeen disappointed. Location of this property is very strategic and everything you need is walking distance including the Golden Temple.
Excellent customer service, great staff- specially manager Mony, chef Harshpal and front desk guys. Enjoyed our stay at Fortune Inn!!!
