no kettle and coffee sachets in the room, water in bottles but not chilled, no ready water filter to refill. no option for coffee / tea in mornings especially,
would have liked at least a simple breakfast inhouse, to save time...

THe location is good as it is in Mind Space so it is close to IT companies.
1. There is plenty of construction going on. 2. There is no Reception. 3. The rooms are very small, dirty and nothing in it. The Bedsheets were never chenged in years. 4.Bathroom is dirty 5. The lobby and kitchern area are extremely dirty. 6. It is just a small apartment converted to Service Apartment. 6. No towels ot toileteries. 7. WiFi not working . 8. Staff is untrained.

1st of all, the property is either under construction or it is under renovation.
the reception is just a table in parking lot, there is no proper people at the reception, just one housekeeping guy
Then, the major concern is the safety. I had gone out for 30mins after locking the door and the key was with me, when I came back, I was shocked to see that my room door was unlocked and the door was slightly open. When I checked with the housekeeping/reception guy if anyone entered the room or not, he told there is noone else who will enter the rooms. luckily, none of my valuable things like office laptop were missing. But still it is a major security concern. When I contacted the owner, he was of not much help and offered some other room.
the road in front of the hotel has open drainage, from where drainage water was coming out.
Room-wise - it is just an average room, not worth the amount paid
Location was great but it was absolute nightmare staying in this place.
1. Reception area was very dirty. When you enter the hotel, there is always water running down. You have to literally walk carefully.
2. There is water dripping on to your face when you walk the stairs. There is always water leakage.
3. Lift does not work upwards but only works downwards. We have to carry our luggage.
4. There is some kind of construction happening around the hotel and outside the hotel as well so there is noise always and not comfortable to stay.
The only plus point is location.
