Pros:

Die Lage war sehr zentral und nahe am Veranstaltungsort.
Die Sauberkeit im Hotel war auf hohem Niveau.
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ausser Haus um die Ecke war für uns kein Hotelstandard und unserer Meinung nach ungeeignet.
Enger Platz, Holzbänkge und Buffet nur eingeschränkt nutzbar.
Vorschlag: z.B. Kamps oder Erlass der Kosten wäre besser gewesen.
Ein Hinweis auf der Homepage wegen des Parkens im Parkhaus (Vest-Arena) wäre hilfreich und angebracht.
Alles insgesamt daher die Note 5. S.oben.

Confortabilidad
Pros:

El emplazamiento está muy bien, a un paso del centro. Estuvimos 5 dias en mayo y era puente. Lo encontramos muy tranquilo.
La habitación es espaciosa y las camas y almohadas muy confortables.

Cons:

El lugar del desayuno es un poco pequeño, por poner un pero…., sin embargo, había muchas opciones en el buffet y era bastante completo.

Pros:

Lage sehr gut im Zentrum.

Cons:

Zimmer (Nr. 315) war zu klein, kaum Platz zwischen dem Bett und den Wänden. Ich hätte für den Preis ein komfortableres Zimmer erwartet.

Pros:

Tolle Einrichtung. Wasser, Tee, Kaffee & Kapselmaschine. Ruhiges Zimmer gehabt. Freundlicher Empfang obwohl ich 2 Stunden zu früh da, nur war um mein Gepäck aufzugeben. Konnte ich mein Zimmer beziehen. Schreibpapier mit Kugelschreiber. Gleich um die Ecke Lebensmittel Geschäfte. Eine riesige Einkaufspassage und viele Restaurants nur einige Meter entfernt.

Pros:

Sehr bequemes Bett

Cons:

1. Rezeption nicht besetzt, kein Schild + kein Kontakt erst nach 10 min kam jemand zum Check-Inn
2. Zimmer verwohnt und Silberfische im Badezimmer
3. Frühstück gibt es nur in einem amgreznden Café, dort aber nicht genug Sitzplätze für alle Gäste, zudem riecht es nach Pommesbude durch braten und frittieren im Gastraum.
4. Handtücher wirken sehr alt und sehr rau.
5. Zimmer sehr klein.

Für eine Nacht war es ok
Pros:

Das Hotel ist direkt im Centrum, man geht die Haustür raus und steht vor einem riesen Einkaufscenter 😍
Das Personal war nett und es war sauber

Cons:

Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe.
Die billigsten Aufback Brötchen, Wurst und Käse hatte schon getrocknete Ränder, Frischkäse war überhaupt nicht gekühlt. Die Eier waren Eis kalt....
Das Café in dem das Frühstück angeboten wird ist im allgemeinen nicht sehr einladend und nicht sauber....
Da wir am Wochenende da waren und rings herum Kneipen, Bars usw sind, war es am Abend und in der Nacht teilweise sehr laut
