Die Lage des Hotels und die klaren Linien der Einrichtung

Cons:

Der Platz im Frühstücksbereich ist sehr knapp. Bei längerem Aufenthalt ist die Unterbringung der Kleidung durch fehlenden Kleiderschrank nicht sehr angenehm.

Eigentlich ist das ein schönes Hotel, aber ...

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft hing der Bedienungskasten der Klimaanlage herunter, der aber nach unserer Beschwerde schnell vom Hausmeister in die Fassung gesetzt wurde. In den folgenden zwei Tagen wiederholte sich das noch zweimal. Das Wasser vom Waschbecken lief auch nicht ab. Nun waren drei Beschwerden an der Rezeption notwendig, bevor der Ablauf am 2. Abend repariert wurde. Das gute Frühstück einzunehmen macht auch keine Freude, weil es zu wenig Tische und gegen 8 und 9 Uhr ein riesiges Gedränge an der Theke und vor den Kaffeemaschinen gibt. Das Frühstückspersonal ist bemüht, kann aber auch keine freien Tische herbeizaubern.

The location was excellent, near the beautiful Französischer Garten and within easy walking distance of the wonderful Altstadt. Price was excellent value for money especially when compared with similar hotels in Britain. The room was very clean and the shower was very good.

Cons:

There were no bin liners in the bins.

Der freundliche Empfang

Cons:

Das wir zwar 2 Zimmer auf der gleichen Etage hatten, aber sehr weit auseinander. Da wir mit 3 Kindern gereist sind. Aber trotzdem das Hotel ist sehr schön und wir waren auch schon das zweite Mal da.
