Fint, fräscht och praktiskt
Pros:

Verkligen rent, fräsch och praktiskt boende. Bra frukost, bra promenadavstånd till centrum, hjälpsam personal, bra temp på rummet.

Cons:

Det enda jag saknade var lite krokar i badrummet och två enkeltäcken istället för ett dubbeltäcke, till Queen size sängen.

Pros:

Dies war nicht unser erster Aufenthalt im Hampton Celle. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, dennoch ruhig. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Leider gab es diesmal einige Problemchen mit dem Housekeeping. Das Bad wurde nicht ordentlich gereinigt und es lagen überall am Waschbecken noch Haare und Stoppeln vom Vorgänger. Die Duschetrennwand war auch nicht wirklich sauber und hatte noch Flecken. Außerdem haben wir bei Check Inn an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass wir kein Zimmerservice benötigen und bei 2 Nächten nichts gemacht werden muss, dennoch kam am zweiten Tag der Zimmerservice und hat die Handtücher gewechselt und das Bett gemacht. Traurigerweise wurden die Haare und Stoppeln im Bad nicht entfernt… Beim Check Out haben wir die Punkte an der Rezeption angesprochen, die Rezeptionistin hat sich entschuldigt und ist professionel mit der Beschwerde umgegangen.
