- Preislich ok
- Sauberkeit insgesamt ok
- Badezimmer augescheinlich sauber, Duschbrause hatte guten Druck
- Problemloser Self-Check-In mit Codebox
- Parkmöglichkeit vor der Tür (10€/Nacht)
- Sitzmöglichkeiten + Tisch und Aschenbecher draußen
- Nur 30 Minuten zu Fuss zur Merkir-Spiel-Arena

Negativ:

- Zimmer klein (3-Bett-Zimmer)
- SEHR laut zwischen 5/6 Uhr - 23 Uhr da in einer Flugschneise, nah zum Flughafen
- Klimaanlage (nachgerüstet, Stand neben der Couch, war laut und hat nicht sehr effektiv klimatisiert)
- Immer wenn man das Zimmer nach längeren Fernbleiben betritt, roch es muffig (nach paar Minuten hat man sich daran gewöhnt)
- Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk (Zimmer 1-4?) nur über eine steile Treppe erreichbar, kein Fahrstuhl

Da wir nur für 2 Nächte blieben um ein Konzert in der Merkur-Arena zu besuchen war es in Ordnung.

Dachgeschoss, sehr steile Treppe. Keine Klimaanlage, Ventilator klappert sehr laut. Durch Flughafennähe sehr laut. Nicht gut isoliert gegen Schall. Sehr warm. Bei offenem Fenster Geruch vom Pferdestall nebenan. ab 6 Uhr Fluglärm im 5 Minuten Takt. Spinnenweben im Raum. Schimmel über der Dusche. Deko Kissen/Decke werden scheinbar nicht bei Mieterwechsel gewaschen. Halter für Klobürste voller Wasser welches herausspritze. Zu wenig Steckdosen

Die Unterkunft war gut. Dunklere Vorhänge zur besseren Abdunklung des Zimmers wären gut zu mal vor dem Fenster draußen das Nachts beleuchtete Hotelschild steht.

Guten Tag, es hat mir soweit gut gefallen und ich habe da ich morgens schon sehr früh zum Flugafen musste den Schlüssel aof den Schlüsselsafe "13"gelegt.
Der Taxifahrer kam schon um 4.50 Uhr .
Dann konnte ich den Schlüsell nicht wieder in die Box legen ,deshalb auf auf die kleine Box gelegt...sorry..

5 stars because for the price I got what I wanted (shower was clean with great temperature and solid water pressure, bed was clean), which, again, was all I was concerned with

You can nitpick issues with the rooms if you really want to, but you're not looking at renting a room here because you want the best of the best, right? You just want something cheaper that you can stay in for a night or two, and this fulfilled that role nicely.

Pros:

Der Check in war anstrengend. Undurchsichtige Mails. Nicht korrekt Telefonnummer am Klingel Schild. WhatsApp Chat. Angeblich App wo man Zusatzleistungen buchen muss. Echt Konfus. Laut ist da. Dafür über 100 Euro?! Echt der Hammer.
