It is a seedy, dingy hotel bereft of basic facilities like hot water, electric kettle, tea bags/ coffee satchets, toilet soap. The sanitary and electric fitments are loose or broken. An overpowering smell of cooked food pervades the reception and the passages.
On the pretext of Kumbh, customers are being charged exobitantly.
This app will lose clients, if such substandard hotels are recommended

one of the worst Xperience. This hotel location is very nice but its ambience and room quality was pathetic. I have never seen such smelling washroom non maintained rooms. Staff was not at all concerned
Breakfast included but restaurant did not start serving until 9 am. No dinner available in restaurant
No cleaning. No warm water. Room almirah not usable. Linen dirty and torn.
we are came at from italy second time when we are reached at airport that we are searched the hotel , that we are selected this hotel A good hotel that is very new and in good location. It has very good ambiance and is very much affordable. It also has a travel desk, which guided us very well. It has a Ground floor restaurant, which serves good food as well. My overall experience was very good and had good value for money.
This hotel exceeded out expectations by far. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Our rooms were fantastic ,The location was amazing and the breakfast great value for money.
Overall this hotel is in a great location for walking trips, very busy area when we were there. Parking space are so spacious we are driving around for a few minutes you will get somewhere. Staff are nice. Rooms small but comfortable, WIFI is very high speed .. it should be addressed and made faster in this day and age!
