Bedbugs were a shocker. Broken sofa cum bed. Expected better from ITC brand.
Pros:

Breakfast spread was good. In-room dining was good on day one. Day two was less consistent for the repeat order.
Toiletries and extras were of decent quality. Access to airport is good, though it took 30min or so.
Check in and check out were fast and efficiently managed.

Cons:

No welcome drink provided.
No/ineffective exhaust in the bathroom.
Broken sofa cum bed - Highly uncomfortable.
Bedbugs in the bed- shocking and unexpected.

Pros:

Really good breakfast buffet huge variety definitely worth a mention! Comfy beds everything was clean, in a good location for the airport - a little further from city centre/golden temple area etc but easy to find transport on the street. Friendly staff everything was great !

Cons:

Honestly it seems petty im sorry but the freaking bird sounds playing on the rooftop were unbearable, volume way too high for it to be peaceful vibes like im sure its intended. It was just shrill! No real complaints though!

Good stay , would recommend since its so close to billa chicken down the road
Pros:

Staff were great , buffet was good , rooms were clean and quiet
Billa chicken house on the corner nearby was the best food ive had so far in india it was great , you should recommend them to your guests

Cons:

While offering 6 brands of beer on the menu you only had 3 bottles of beer in house , disappointing for an expensive resort

Really enjoyed our stay definitely consider again to use for vacations
Pros:

Everything get reservation in short noticed welcome with smile on arrival can’t remember young guy his behaviour to welcome the guest was really touch your heart you will feel at home

Cons:

Nothing from hotel but some kids of customers should be considered to others as making so much noise in night guests get disturbed especially with little kids

1. i got a junk msg on my whatsapp..i sent it promptly to the reception to verify the source. Inspite of following up, till date no response
2. Took lot of time for breakfast to come inspite of giving advance notice . We had asked for Jain breakfast. We had to involve a senior personnel who had to intervene and he gave some complimentary stufff
3. Check out luggage took time to come. There seemed lack of internal communication

stay was over all comfortable, this hotel is in the out skirts of amrtisar city area.
Pros:

it was located at peacefule place, there was a nala near by which was smelling when you come out of the hotel but inside the hotel you don't come to know about it.
