Very unclean and shabby.
Pros:

Extremely shabby , unclean and murky. Unsafe for family. I went with my 10 year old son.

Cons:

Overall maintenance is very poor. One Night Stand kind of cheap hotel.

Reception for my stay was Aweful.
Pros:

there was this guy who helped me bring my food and stuffs to my hotel room from outside. this I liked a lot as I was not required to go out

i already informed the hotel that i will check in late around 1 am, however when I came, i was a bit late until 1.30ish but the hotel gate was closed and there was no calling bell, not a single light also outside, etc. i kept on waiting, trying to call the fab hotel number also, but no one picked up and i was put on hold. i am not happy as it was written 24x7 reception but on ground, there was nothing and i had to wait until 30 mins outside the gate in the dark, after which suddenly i saw a cleaner staff coming out, to whom I requested and got in. inside also, everyone was sleeping and i had no one to entertain me. this was a total bad experience as i had to spend a lot of time just to find out the staff. finally some other guy from ground floor woke up and took me to the hotel floor on 4th floor and he made the staff wake up who was sleeping inside his room. Aweful experience. As I was alone, so could manage. I worry if I was travelling with family, it would have been horrendous
