Pros:

The rooms are clean and food taste good and that's all

Cons:

Breakfast was neither served nor was there any communication regarding it. While the additional charges (₹10 per bottle extra) are not a major concern, the overall service quality was below expectations. Additionally, the property is located quite far from the temples and the ghat, which makes commuting inconvenient. Due to the heavy rush during our visit, we booked this place, but based on the overall experience, it is not recommended for tourists.

Cons:

Power tripping was frequent & seems to be big issue ! Every now & then power is tripping ! Lifts are too small ! Property was on IInd floor while Lift are too small & Narrow !

Room was not at all according to what was shown on line, it was literally a box, full of filth and smell, I paid 4k for a dharamshala, it was literally a dharamshala.

Overall a reasonably nice place to stay..
Pros:

Breakfast was limited but quality was good,was served hot,also staff was supportive and eager to help.

Cons:

Cleanliness can be improved,and also as I requested for a late check out (complimentary)but was denied even as probably the room was not booked,I can understand it ,but then please don't highlight this option while booking the hotel,as it increases your expectations.....

Worst hotel at huge price
Pros:

Nothing was good

Cons:

This hotel amenities, room etc was utterly disappointing. We paid 4k per night and gave advance as well. But had to move to different hotel after seeing the hotel. In booking.com, it was showing great but actually its the worst hotel. They didn’t return the advance deposit and we were in a mess to change to other hotel as Kashi grand was utterly disgusting
