Comfortable stay in a great location
Pros:

I like the location it is ideal, close to main temples.
Staff were very helpful and polite.
Would recommend for a short visit to khajuraho

Overall pleasent and excellent experience.
Pros:

The location is excellent Just a short walk from Western group of temples which made sightseeing and exploring very convenient the room I stayed room was spacious clean and well maintained with comfortable bed and neat, clean bathroom. Overall stay bhot badhiya tha.

Very disappointing
Pros:

Rooms were unprepared- broken shower handle, stained sink and toilet, no hangers in closet, lights in bathroom not working, food for breakfast was cold

Mistake happen by opting this hotel for stay.

Didn't opted for breakfast.

Cons:

Hotel staff is very uncooperative especially 'Mr Sagar soni' He misguided us regarding arrival time. Room telephone ☎️ was not working & even after complaining they didn't replace or repair it. Pathetic experience. All night people are very loud talking outside our room which disrupt our sleep & privacy. Not a good hotel.....

Firstly they kept pestering to pay 50% advance to confirm the reservation
And i paid 100% advance so that they could stop incessantly following up
And i told them my parents are old and they will be coming to stay so please make sure the payment bit doesnt act as a blocker or inconvenience of any kind.

But guess what, thats what exactly happened
After making 100% advance payment 10-15 days before checkin, at the time of check out they stopped my parents saying that the payment has not been made.
