Hôtel de bonne gamme avec 3 restaus et piscine en roof top avec bar et collation.
Équipe remarquable de la réception, attentionnée, dévouée et professionnelle.
Chambres propres, spacieuses, bien agencées et calmes.
Proche du Chandramauleshwara Temple et du street market.

Nice property for a comfortable stay and value for money.
Pros:

Comfortable room, welcoming staff and good restaurant.

Cons:

For vehicle entry into the property, we have to be a bit careful as there is a tree on the road (which seems to have not been cut for environmental reasons) at the entry! And the vehicle entry & walking entry are same and is a bit narrow. Else, valet parking was available.

Great massage, good proximity to the airport. Need more economical shuttle options.

Clean safe and good spa facilities.
Room had good space toilets were clean.
Decent food buffet citrus Café

Cons:

The food availability needs improvement. We went to the rooftop bar and Grill and also to the Republic of noodles, but were met with repetitive unavailability of dishes that we wanted to order.
We ended up having a buffet dinner at the citrus Café, which was nice.

Overall a good experience - will be happy to stay again.
Pros:

The staff were very good - attentive and helpful. Shaheen at Reception was exceptional! Always cheerful and, proactive & helpful when we checked in. The breakfast was excellent - great food and good variety - definitely great value!

Cons:

The bathroom could have been cleaner, especially the shower stall. There was a small leak behind the toilet, not a good look. The safe didn't work; this was rectified once I notified Reception.
