Location is good. Staff are good.
The place is old, almost dilapidated. Rooms stink. Indoor games are not there, as advertised. Food was just about palatable.

The bathroom were very stinky with exhaust not working and were located in the innermost corner of the room making it unbearable.
The pest control was extremely bad and twice we had to ask staff to remove leaches and earthworms from the bathroom.
No water bucket and mugs in bathroom and the showers were very old and weathering off.
The room was handed over around 1.30 hours late.
The pool table had an incomplete number of balls and the cue ball was a golf ball.
The table tennis rackets were all broken.
It was the worst zone by the park hotel from all I have stayed with.
Overall a waste of family time, comfort and money.

Need to improve food...
Food quality and taste.
Location was horrible. Not connected with the main road and the hotel car was not available when needed. All these are not mentioned in booking.com, hence we were not aware of these, until we reached there.

We booked a family room for 4 in December for 4 nights. The hotel location is excellent, just 50-100m walk from mall road. Ideal location for shopping. They have a good restaurant. The breakfast is good, but almost same every day. Staff is very helpful, and the service is prompt. Bit overpriced considering the quality of rooms. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.
The family rooms are located on ground floor, so no view is available. The family rooms are small and get congested to move around. Cannot unpack as there is only one small cupboard so, you live out of your suitcase. Suggest the hotel to improve size of wardrobe so that the guests can unpack and not have to keep suitcases on the floor. The rooms do not have in-built heaters and the heaters provided by hotel were inadequate to heat the room. In adequate electrical sockets in the room.
Staff was very good. All staff starting from reception till restaurant very helpful. Food was very good.
Need some renovation in furniture.
