I had a very bad experience at Ginger Vile Parle, Mumbai, mainly due to the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior of the staff during checkout.

While reminding me about the checkout time, Ms. Rushita was extremely rude. Instead of politely informing me, she threatened that if I did not check out within 15 minutes, I would be charged double the overstay amount. Her tone and manner were highly disrespectful and showed no basic customer-handling skills.

Since I do not remember staff names easily, I informed them that I was taking a photo for reference purposes only. At that moment, the situation escalated unnecessarily. Floor supervisor Ms. Vartika suddenly came towards me and held my hands, which was completely inappropriate and shocking. This made me extremely uncomfortable.

When I asked Ms. Rushita to call her manager, she did not do so. Instead, Ms. Vartika intervened and later only offered a verbal apology, stating that Ms. Rushita needs training. This makes me question why such staff who lack basic professionalism and customer etiquette are allowed to handle guests at all.

I have stayed at many hotels, including Ginger properties, but this was by far one of the worst experiences I have had. Guests deserve respect, polite communication, and personal space none of which were provided here.

Very disappointing experience. I will seriously reconsider staying at this property again.

Professional staff. Decent location and rooms, though but small in size. For the size of rooms it should not cost more than 5,000/- INR per night per couple inclusive of BF and taxes.

Stay in ginger mumbai hotel , it's was an pleasant stay . Every thing was upto mark . Good room service, hotel is nice ,and clean. Well maintained rooms , clean room , washroom was clean , breakfast was good , i love paratha which was serviced by Ms chef sneha , room was clean by Ms pranali , she was excellent in her job .
Well organised room refresh with all linen and amenities, as per the standard . Mr saqlain , Ms samiksha and Mr govind was too good to look after my stay. Excellent stay.

Spent 4 nights here & literally has to be THE BEST Ginger property across India. Has to be! The lobby feels so warming really doesn't give you the feel of a 'budget' brand at all. Given it was Christmas time it was a lot more vibeful.

The rooms are excellent, the size is adequate & you can't expect anything bigger with a 3-star brand. It's so clean, it's well maintained. The service is quick & super good despite such crowd.

The rooms have EVERYTHING you need like Everything. Totally equipped.

I'm definitely staying here next time too. Wow property! Location, well a walk from the airport to be honest.

I recently stayed in ginger mumbai hotel , it's was an pleasant stay ,overall room experience is super. Breakfast was tooo good , I like dosa , paratha too much which was made by chef sneha , even thanks to floor supervisor mr saqlain , ms samiksha , mr prabhakar he took care of my room , room was clean and tidy and well maintained, washroom was clean , all amenities were placed accordingly to my room , lovely service, nice hotel , good atmosphere, best housekeeping service.

I had nice stay for four nights. This is my third time I am booking Ginger Mumbai Airport Hotel. Great hospitality, nice food and pleasant stay with excellent location.
Hotel provides great options in breakfast. Chef Sneha ensured we get the food we wanted. My room was cleaned on daily basis by Miss Roshmii from housekeeping, she took care of my room. Sacklin floor supervisor from housekeeping was monitoring my room cleanliness and tidyness on regular basis. Mr Shubham was ensuring my stay is comfortable. Room 561, Abhijit

All was.perfect: housekeeping, food, service.
Breakfast was too much food and of good quality, tables and silver all.nice and clean.for.breakfast we had dosa and omelets every morning served by chef Sneha , chef Chanchal and Pradip.
Reception quys were very polite.

The best value for.money transit hotel not gar from the airport. A long layover,early morning departures or.late arrivals., perfect place to sleep 😴 💤

I stayed at Ginger Airport Mumbai with my family of four, including two kids, and we had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the services were prompt, and the breakfast was excellent.

Booked the Luxe Room and it was surprisingly spacious for an airport hotel. The bed was firm yet comfortable, blackout curtains actually work, and the rain shower was powerful and hot — exactly what tired travelers crave for. Soundproofing is excellent; I barely heard any aircraft noise despite being so close to the runway.
*Cleanliness & Staff*
Spotlessly clean- everything felt fresh. Housekeeping is quick and thorough. The staff (especially at reception and the restaurant) are warm, efficient, and genuinely helpful.
*Food*
The in-house restaurant (Cafe) serves decent Indian and Continental options 24×7. Had a paneer butter masala and garlic naan for lunch that hit the spot. Portion sizes are generous and prices are reasonable for an airport property.
