Service was very poor
While check inn room was not ready even at 4 pm
Breakfast time was 7:30 am but till 8:15 restaurants was not prepared for anything no staff

Very bad stay and the room rates are very high it’s not been any star property.
Pros:

Room was not up to the standard, no hot water, bathroom shower was broken, air conditioners working very bad, bath towels had stains, bed was not comfortable.

Pros:

Served fresh, Very Good Breakfast with decent spread to satisfy most. Spacious Rooms. Basement parking. 10 mins walk to the Temple. Staff & Security Head were attentive & extremely helpful towards our queries.

I will not like anything just staff behaviour good

Cons:

Yea midnight till 3 am restaurant cleaning still doing and too much noise in rooms so first you can tell your staff

Overall good stay
Pros:

Room size adequate and made up properly. Very comfortable. They also have basement parking, which I found better and safer. Breakfast spread was good ! Locationwise it is very nice, on the main Himmatnagar Road.

Cons:

The breakfast area should have more staff serving the guests. Observed only one staff there. Though there might be staff working in the background, but in the hall, more would have helped. Otherwise, all was perfect

Clean, super staff who goes out of way to make guest stay comfortable

It's very risky while having bath, since no any support (ralling in bath room) if you fall while having bath you met with heavy injury.

Also no contact number, for if the the room service required.
