Nothing great. Just another OYO property
Too much noise till 3AM due to party. Extremely loud kitchen exhaust system. I could not sleep because of loud music in the party. The owner should understand that primarily the hotel should provide ambiance suitable for peaceful sleep
The hotel did not honour my booking and I had to try to find another hotel at 10 o’clock at night. They claimed they do not deal with hotels.com and couldn’t locate my booking, even although I had paid in full and had the confirmation paperwork.
‘Disappointing’ does not even come close.
The room was clean and in a good condition and the staff was very very courteous. We checked in late even then they provided us food from their restaurant and the food was so excellent.
Only problem was that the view out the window was of the garbage littered field.

Location in a village.
I booked this hotel for my father who is 63 years old and on a lifetime "mon-vrat". My father told me that the receptionist/duty manager Naina was really co-operative and helpful. She realized that my father might have a hard time communicating with the staff so she arranged everything herself and asked all the staff members to take best care of my father. My father said he did not have to ask for anything (arranging commute to the local destination, breakfast etc) as everything was pre-arranged by her. I hope she gets a good raise and respect from the hotel's management. She showed dedication and character for her job. She deserves appreciation.

Pet friendly hotel in a rural ambience, polite staff and the owner was very hospitable. The rooms were really clean and nice.
Lot of confusion with food menu variety. Yet, the staff tried their best. I would still like it, if they improved the variety and availability.
