Pros:

Property denied accommodation saying there is no booking in your name and we have no vacant rooms.
Your helpline did not respond. I was surprised and in night at 11 PM had to walk around 2 Kms in search of other accommodation. A very bad experience of booking. Com. Will never use booking. Com in future.

They are not accepting online bookings. Rude reception staff.
