This was an unpleasant experience at La Vivanta. I booked this hotel and received confirmation. When went to check in the hotel staff refused to let me stay due to no availability. Kept arguing that they have no rooms available. And 1 more point to add is he did mention that some local politicians have booked the rooms and it's full. So I assume my booking was not entertained as they have provided all the rooms to them. Whn I wanted to speak to the manager, the unprofessional manager hung up the call without even listening to me. And the staff said the manager must be sleeping that's why he cut the call. Seriously? Is this how a guest will be treated? In the middle of the night had to go and look for another hotel. Totally unprofessional and completely terrible experience with the management.
