Excellent service, all will be happy with staff behaviour....
Pros:

Room size, staff behaviour, services and all others.

Cons:

Food manager, I think he makes the wrong bill and makes a lot of arguments with a loud noise, he forgets that we are their customers and pays all these without any interruption, I think he is also harassing junior staff.
