U have to receive in good manner and once v booked room in online,v r expecting to check in time but v waiting for 45min.

Pathetic
Pros:

The staff was really good, the gentleman at the reception was very nice .

Cons:

The staff was really good but their efforts were undone by the pathetic service by fab hotels and booking.com particularly the fab hotels their customer service is so pathetic specially the agent I spoke to "Lokesh" he was rude ,made mockery of my situation and when I asked for a supervisor he hung up on me I called again got him again this time also he was rude no empathy no support when asked for supervisor he said he supervisor refused to take the call and I couldn't hear the supervisor in the background who asked him to disconnect the line .I am taking legal against Fab hotels , booking.com and that customer service agent for giving the worst experience of my life .

This is the worst receptionist I see during my entire all India trip.
Pros:

I don’t like anything about this hotel.The worst behaving receptionist.I book the room through booking.com and once I reached there they don’t give us room.

Pros:

I have done booking on booking.com for Fabhotel HTC. Though on booking.com there was no confirmation payment but i received whatsApp msg from Fabhotel regarding confirmation payment and I paid. But when me & my son reached at property it was such, a conjusted area, I have never expected Fabhotel in such area. So I called on Fabhotel customer care and changed my booking to Fabhotel Silver inn which was having similar tariff. But when we reached at Hotel Silver inn they denied to provide us accommodation saying they can't provide at this rate. Fabhotel customer care stopped working for me, don't know why! Then I have booked again a room in Fabhotel Silver inn with same tariff and then they didn't have any argument. They provided room and stay was good. But my refund of Rs 295 is still pending. So I have two booking id, but single accomidation for my stay at Hotel Silver Inn! Ridiculous.
