The room was big.

When we entered in room there was bad smell. There was no slippers and towels in our room they have limited breakfast options the only thing I like the room was big.

Average stay with basic amenities, slow room services.
Pros:

I booked with breakfast but it was not provided. Room was quite spacious.

Cons:

Bed could have been better. While we booked a premium room however amenities could have been more better. They just provide hand wash and body wash which is stored in the container. no shampoo, oil or hair dryer. We had to ask for room cleaning. Their breakfast (a la carte) has very minimal options. We ordered s cheese sandwiches from cafe ‘Noua’ which had just tomato, cucumber and mayo( no cheese or spices)

Won’t prefer to stay here next time, may be come for the cafe.
Pros:

Location was perfect…the food from Noir, cafe, was awesome.

Cons:

I booked thru booking.com at a discounted/deal rate. I had to change my room three times to finally find something i could stay in. The front desk was curt and spoke with take it or leave it attitude(especially the one who handled the desk in the evenings) he seriously came across as ignorant about service standards.

Cons:

Even whole hotel was empty still they have given us rooms on different stating whole hotel was pack, and we found the whole 3rd no room booked, unnecessary creating bogus reputation. Plus no toiletories given to us, we have to use harsh words to get those
