While property was clean the facilities were not great - our bed made cracking sounds even with slightest movement.

Cons:

The included breakfast was a joke. There are only two options and not enough breakfast. Even the tea wasn’t available all the time. Charging for breakfast is stealing money.

Worst experience too bad rooms with mosquitoes and my partner got dengue and typhoid due to less hygiene. We asked for hot water 4 times and every time served with dirty glass. I don’t know why Booking.com give these properties permission without proper inspection. Later booked in Ginger hotel after getting discharged from hospital and paid 33500 hospital bill because admitted 4 days in hospital

Everything bathroom wc seat broken..yellow patches..room was full of dust..no TV in room working and hotel staff knew all this..they don’t accept any cards payment only gpay or cash.. I really don’t understand how can this hotel can on booking.com portal for us to get misleaded..we ask for tea in morning and they dint had staff to deliver..

Pros:

Awesome in all aspect it would be wrong to point out one thing leave the rest.
As a suggestion I have one point, please add Indian cuisine to your menu as everyone is not okay with conti and Chinese.
