Gokulam Grand Hotel

Had a wonderful family dinner at Gokulam Grand. Special thanks to Mr. Hynas for his courteous service and attention to detail. He made our dining experience truly pleasant.

It was truly relaxing. The staff really came through. Nandana V, Bibin Anuraj and Ashvin made the overall experience easy and hassle free.

Location is good and access to very point very near. Atmosphere was excellent. Rooms are very neat and tide. Value for worth and staff are very professional

The stay was fabulous and very good and anadhar from housekeeping also helped and cleaned our room and the cleaning was also very good the food of the hotel was also very tasty

I very mesmerising stay at Gokulam Grand Trivandrum. Overwhelmed with the professionalism of staff and services provided by the team. Great ambience including Rooms, pool, spa, sky bar, diner and in room services. I loved it too much.

Since this is a Five Star Facility, it would be nice to have a clean Table Cloth for the Dining Table and also keep the Silverware in a clean Plate or on a clean Napkin. Keeping the the Silverware on the Place Matt is not a hygienic practice considering the Viral diseases going on nowadays.

We are family of 4 with 2 kids age 6 and 3.
We stayed here for 4 days and this is the best stay so far for us. Gokulam Grand gave best experiences for breakfast (superior quality food and service), room dining, house-keeping, extremely respectful staff in all departments. 5-star hotel with 5-star experience throughout the stay.
In one sentence, if you have kids, then don’t think just come and stay here. You will be amazed by the hospitality.

We were served by a very excellent staff named Hynas during our dinner. He worked with his heart, always so attentive and checking out whether the customers are all well been taken care of. His also very jovial too... keep it up Hynas, you will have a bright future in the service industry.

It was really an exceptional stay/dining experience during our stay at Gokulam Grand tvm from 25h to 26th.
They allowed us early check in and provided a beautiful view interconnected rooms .
Ajmal from the reception was so kind and helpful, he offered us a discounted brunch as well. Special thanks to him and the entire team for giving us a great experience.
