Let me begin by saying, exceptional staff, from the moment you step in till the moment you leave the property your are dealt with utmost respect and treated like royalty. Vikrant ,Vishal and Pankaj up in the restaurant make you feel like you are the center of their attention, provided my son with just the tikka sauce gravy as he only wanted that to eat. On Saturday night they play live music and they fulfill your request of any song. The two days I stayed at this property I couldn’t find any reasons to complain and I live in USA so I’m used to staying in Hilton, Marriott, and or Hyatt, I would rate this hotel among this group, please do not change looking forward to staying with you guys the next time I visit India.

Cons:

The only thing I would say they need to do is put a sign that every time you get food from the buffet please take a new plate.

There was a group of 20 people in our hotel and they were creating nuance throughout the stay till 4 in the morning and after complaining numerous times it was not resolved. At last raised the complaint to Booking.com customer support team to intervene and do something and revert is still awaited

Beautiful area. Bit challenging to drive to but it is the mountains. Wi-Fi was out which required me to move hotels.

Great service, fantastic view of mountains, peaceful location
Pros:

The service is excellent. All staff are friendly, welcoming, professional and speak good English. The food in the restaurant is excellent. Overall the hotel is very clean. The massage in the spa was great. The rooms are comfortable and the location at night is quiet. View of mountains from rooms and restaurant is so beautiful.

Cons:

When the hotel is full, it can be very noisy. You can hear from inside your room when people open/close doors and are talking in corridors. Live music until 10:30pm. After this time it is quiet, but if one wants to go to bed early it can be very noisy. The air conditioning system in the room also not the best, hard to maintain a good temperature. Note also that common areas and restaurant are not heated which was very uncomfortable for me in February.

지내는데 불편함없이 아주 청결했어요. 저녁 메뉴도 훌륭하고 가격도 저렴한 편이라 한끼 잘 막었습니다. 옥상에서 일출도 볼수있고 주변에 뭐가 없어서 조용한데 그게 단점일수도..ㅎㅎ 저는 아주 편하게 잘 있었습니다. 아참 온수가 엄청 잘 나오긴 하는데 온도 조절이 엄청 편하진 않아요.

Himalayan range views are amazing !!
Pros:

View is simply amazing, Little far from main town of McLeodganj but the Himalayan range view is simply the best from here.
