Pros:

The view is beautiful. Room and food were good.

Cons:

It is quite far from the mcloidgunj market. If you don’t have vehicle then it would cost 500 rupees one way and will easily take half an hour given the mad traffic and narrow roads.

Pros:

I like the room, the balcony and the view was amazing. I like the restaurant in the evening there was an amazing live band.the food was delicious. The lemon tree is located in such a location surrounded by nature .

Cons:

I think there must be all weather swimming pool.and one thing which I feel lacking was when you are on the way to hotel there were hardly any sign boards on the way so it was not easy to locate the hotel. Google map many times misguided so there must be proper sign boards of the hotel.
I felt over priced stay as I paid approx 17000 for one night .

Lovely leisurely stay!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite paying approximately ₹20,000 per night, the chef’s response was, “This is not Taj, we have limited menu options.” Such remarks are unacceptable and reflect a lack of customer service. The food quality was below expectations, and the menu was very limited. Adding to this, the GM’s conduct was unprofessional and inappropriate. Overall, the hospitality standards were far below what one would expect at this price point.

Pros:

The location is the main USP of the hotel. Its surrounded by lush green forests and gives an incredible view of the Dhauladhar range.

The food served in the buffett was also delicious and the staff quite hospitable. Would love to visit again

Pros:

It's away from the main town of Mcleodganj. Almost 1000ft up. Surroundings are lush green pine forests and the mountain facing room has the snow clad Dhauladhar Range greeting you from your balcony. Excellent place to have morning tea, and some birding through the day.
Clean hotel, large room, lovely food, warm prompt service from ever smiling staff.
Would recommend it for any stay in Mcleodganj.
There's a kids play area, a swimming pool for summers.
Mice place to park cars. We did self drive from Amritsar - Dalhousie - Mcleodganj - Amritsar

Pros:

Let me begin by saying, exceptional staff, from the moment you step in till the moment you leave the property your are dealt with utmost respect and treated like royalty. Vikrant ,Vishal and Pankaj up in the restaurant make you feel like you are the center of their attention, provided my son with just the tikka sauce gravy as he only wanted that to eat. On Saturday night they play live music and they fulfill your request of any song. The two days I stayed at this property I couldn’t find any reasons to complain and I live in USA so I’m used to staying in Hilton, Marriott, and or Hyatt, I would rate this hotel among this group, please do not change looking forward to staying with you guys the next time I visit India.

Cons:

The only thing I would say they need to do is put a sign that every time you get food from the buffet please take a new plate.

There was a group of 20 people in our hotel and they were creating nuance throughout the stay till 4 in the morning and after complaining numerous times it was not resolved. At last raised the complaint to Booking.com customer support team to intervene and do something and revert is still awaited
