Pros:

Room is facilities are very good. But they didn't give me the room i opted for and very bad response from the reception saying we don't know and our software don't show. It site had mentioned free breakfast but that also they didn't provide. Im utterly disappointed with the whole package.

Cons:

No breakfast as mentioned when booking.
Not given the room i booked for. The room photo is not the same as given.

Not a family friendly property, we reached about 9pm the rooms were not ready, they ask us to wait while they had shared the same room to other unmarried couple. When asked they said that’s the only room left and they can share that after cleaning up
