Worst hotel experience ever,extremely rude staff, especially Alam

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE — DO NOT STAY HERE

Absolutely terrible experience at Bloom, Karol Bagh. The front desk staff were rude, unwelcoming and had a horrible attitude from the moment we arrived. But Alam was the worst of all — extremely rude and disrespectful, especially the way he spoke to my father. Completely unacceptable.

Nobody was willing to help with anything. Every problem was basically dismissed with “Talk to Booking.com.” Then why have a front desk?

The breakfast was also very poor and looked completely unappetizing. Overall, bad service, bad attitude, bad experience from start to finish.

Seriously, train your staff properly. This is not how guests should be treated.

Never coming back. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere they treat you as guest.

Entrance, no kitchen attached. Hence, you need to depend lot on outside food which causes inconvenience if you reach property post whole day work.
