The staff was very co-operative , courteous and agreed to my request of earlier check-in at 8 AM.
Pros:

The breakfast was wholesome and very good. The location was slightly out of the way.

Room was clean.

Cons:

Electric kept going off. Ac kept going off. Weather is 43 degrees outside. Still had to pay full price for the room even though we had problems. Mattress was so hard, very uncomfortable.

Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte ci siamo sentiti accolti e questo ha favorito il relax.
Pros:

Struttura molto accogliente e pulita. Staff gentilissimo ed efficiente. Letti comodi, doccia ben funzionante , cena ottima colazione buona !

Cons:

Niente. Unico neo il caffè! Da italiani ci aspettavamo un espresso o un cappuccino. Ma tutto sommato ci siamo accontentati di ciò che ci è stato offerto.

Value for money
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately the card machine did not work:- had to draw cash to make payment which was an inconvenience when checking out. Location isn’t ideal, even though the hotel is great
