Great set of staff at not so great maintained building !
Pros:

The behaviour and prompt response of the staff especially room service, kudos .

Cons:

The room wasn't anything like described in the website, after checking me in they tell me that there's nothing such as "2 bedded deluxe room".
The room given to me had 1 uncomfortable double bed, bathroom with no latch on the door and to top it all of missing curtains from the window which forced you to wake up automatically by 6am.
