Location is good. Sadly, everything else is worse

Cons:

Service and cleanliness and competency of staff is completely lacking.
They did not bother to change towels or wven provide daily water for 3 whole days. Horrible

Good hotel, good location but if the cleaning is not addressed it will go downhill within the next y

The beds are comfortable, had breakfast & evening meal, both were ok

Cons:

The cleanliness is not too good, our toilet was very dirty but they did clean it thoroughly when I pointed it out, dirt in the corners of the bathroom & dirty patio doors, cigarette butts around the pool.

Hospitalilty was decent, the F&B was terrible and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

The location is great. It is mid-way towards Baga or towards Morjim. The hospitality part of the hotel was good. The front desk team was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were great too

Cons:

The F&B part was terrible. We had three instances of poor service. One; we ordered for a chicken biryani which was apalling. It could not have been cooked any worse. Next, the breakfast spread looked great, but was very substandard for a 4 start hotel. Then in the evening at the bar we asked for a cocktail and no was ready to make cocktail for us. They even disappeared from the bar and came back some time later and said the they are free to make any cocktails.
