Pros:

We had a lovely 4 day stay in ibis styles vagator hotel. We were welcomed with warm smile of Mr. Gautam and Ms. Mehak. They both helped us with best thing possible. Mr. Gautam helped us book conveyance and with places to visit. Miss Mehek was was always smiling and genuinelly caring making our check-in and check-out smooth.
The resturant served delicious food making it best for all age groups. The Pool environment was nice and pleasant. The balcony view was nice and relaxing.
Housekeeping staff did a brilliant job daily with our room looking and feeling clean everyday.

Really disappointing
Pros:

The only thing good about this property is the close proximity to Baga beach and night clubs at Vagator

Cons:

The property is far below expectation. The rooms are very small and claustrophobic. Breakfast is really bad with no variety. They do not have any vehicle service. Housekeeping is pathetic with the bed linen having food stains. While cleaning they just flipped the side so the stains couldn't be visible. When asked for Whisky glasses, they provided plastic glasses stating the hotel does not have any Whisky glasses. Swimming Pool is actually an oversized tub with water only upto waist height. Food is terrible. I am really disappointed with the IBIS name here at this property. There is a restaurant bang opposite the property called Urban Nawab which had some excellent food (Both veg and non veg). I wouldn't recommend this property at all.

Leisure time with exceptional service
Pros:

The staff was really cooperative and catered to our requests, they accommodated our requests with a smile on face. The amenities in the room, pool, gym and the kitchen were all great, we highly recommend this place for travelers. If I plan to stay in vagator, I would love to rebook the stay at IBIS Style Vagator.
