Hotel Amayra

Felt room littel small for a family of 3, but rest all facilities were good. Location of the hotel is very good in the main market area so everything is accessible still not much noise, clean and neat. Food also was good, service is very good.

Had an amazing stay! We were upgraded to a better room for free, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were fantastic, the hotel was great and the rooftop was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend.

We were given this hotel as part of our tour with a travel company called Tripstro. Unfortunately this hotel was the worst we stayed at during our tour of India.

CHECK IN - the reception was clean, modern and bright. It smelled very fresh and check in was fairly fast. I didn’t think the staff were that welcoming though.

ROOM - the room was very small and had no outside window. It smelled very dirty and damp. There was black mould on the walls. The bathroom was full of small flies and just felt unclean. The bed was fairly comfortable & the bedding was clean. It had tea/coffee in the room, but due to the lack of cleanliness in the room we didn’t use it. The shower had a very short shower curtain and the floor got very wet,

FOOD - we ate in the small hotel restaurant the night we arrived. The food was ok, nothing special. We went for breakfast which is on the top floor. The stairways and the areas around the breakfast room looked filthy & very scruffy. The food at breakfast looked awful! We didn’t feel safe eating it, due to the lack of cleanliness. We decided to eat just bread.

POOL - there was a rooftop pool and terrace here, but again it looked very old and scruffy. I definitely would not have got on got in the pool, it looked dirty.

LOCATION- the area around the hotel looked a bit rough. There were a few restaurants nearby and a money exchange,

OVERALL- I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. It looks lovely from outside and in reception, but the rest of the hotel is dirty and rough

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The overall condition of the property was extremely poor and noticeably dirty. The rooms had a strong, unpleasant smell and felt suffocating, making it very difficult to relax.

The bathroom was in terrible condition as well — the lock wasn’t working properly, and one of us even got stuck inside, which was both unsafe and frustrating. On top of that, the food served was unhygienic and far below acceptable standards.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless significant improvements are made.

Very nice hotel and more importantly great hospitality and well mannered staff. Would call out the Name Mohan ji very great personality humble and polite . I recommend this hotel very much you will be fully content with the service and staff

I recently stayed at Hotel Amayra, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all modern amenities.

With a little enhancement in their service quality, this hotel could provide an even better guest experience. Still, a good option for budget travelers.

On amer road with good access to tuk tuk service and many restaurants in vicinity.
Hawa Mahal is near only walking distance or by tuk tuk
In house restaurant serves delicious food.
Break fast has good variety

The hotel is good but classic room is a bit overpriced as it's size is small.
All amenities are there but room size is small as compared to other hotels in same price.
Breakfast is excellent.
If you visit this hotel, always take breakfast included option.
Staff is very cooperative and helpful.
Especially Mr Shobit is excellent guy.
Rooms are clean.
Gym and swimming pool are for name only ( very small )

It was a great weekend stay!

It was over all good experience...we had their for 3 nights....we had pleasent stay rooms are good but quiet small...Bathroom need renovation...I must say breakfast was really nice lot many varieties..staff is very much helpful & cooperative....
