Pros:

Resort food and service was really nice. Pool area need to manage by some attendent to make sure people follow rules. They can further improve their out door game zone. Overall my family friend enjoyed their.

Over all not value for money . Before arrival we request to cook our meal and have the captain all orders , he refuse to cook it unless we arrive at the property , my father is a insulin dependent but they manage to miss his food completely even though it was ordered before reaching to property . When we ask about the drinks if there are any served at property we were told we are not allowed to bring any from outside and there is bat on site which serve drinks , when we ask for a beer captain said only option we will have to choose from is breezer and nothing else due to licensing issues and bar is new . If we would a drink we can grab it for our side which was 15 km away from property . When we ask for soft drinks the only option they had was soda water and nothing else . After complaining to manager and he agreed that evening service will have more options things were not communicated and in evening and was refuse to be served alcoholic drinks . Everyone keep saying the property is brand new but they re open and operating for over a year but in reality they are no where near with all the facilities to offer to guest but charging premium prizes for accommodation and food . Please do some research before booking to avoid disappointment.
