Cons:

The stay was really good with the staff being really polite. The check was fairly quick even after it being crowded. The room was really good with a nice view And the highlight was the breakfast buffet. Overall a reall nice stay!

Our recent stay at the Aceotel Select Tulsi Indore was exceptional. The hotel's prime location and excellent staff contributed to a highly positive experience. Pros:

I am a member and booked through my membership. The front office recognized and welcomed. After small negotiations, they allow me to check in early, which is good. The room is big and the property is nice to stay.

Cons:

Aceotel Tulsi Indore Hotel is a very nice and comfortable address. The staff here is very helpful, friendly and practical, which makes your stay easy. The hotel's environment is clean and comfortable.

Had a pleasant stay during my business trip at Aceotel Select Tulsi, Vijay Nagar. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained — perfect for a business visit. Worst experience ever!

I liked nothing about the hotel. Not value for money.

Cons:

I booked 2 rooms online through booking.com for 2 nights. However, on reaching the hotel I didn't like the hotel as it was overpriced looking at the facilities, staff etc... I immediately conveyed my concern to the hotel management. I said that I wanted to modify the booking and decided to stay for 1 night only. Hotel staff showed no interest in helping with the modification, instead they said they'll charge for 2 nights. I modified my booking through booking.com app and the app allowed modification with revised room tariffs. It charged approx 10k that I agreed and paid. Later on, I informed the hotel staff about the modification and conveyed that we'll be checking out next morning i.e. staying only for 1 night. The hotel management said that the modification is not reflected in their booking system. To redress this grievance I tried calling many times booking.com helpline number but no response later it went switched off. I further tried communicating with the booking.com through messages on the grievance redressal portal. No resolution from booking.com. Eventually, I had to pay for a 2 nights stay against my actual stay of 1 night. It's been 2 days now, no resolution from both the hotel as well as booking.com...

It's the worst experience I've ever had.
