Hotel MGM Residency

To be honest, my expectations were quite low about this hotel right from the very beginning, but I didn't know that reality was way below my expectations. To start with, it's located in a rather filthy environment away from the main road. It's inside the same building as MGM Club, but this is a totally different establishment. Second, the man at the reception desk would not issue us an official receipt and give exact change for our payment. He even had the audacity to ask for a tip when we checked out! Third, the facilities were clearly rundown. The linens and the towels were old and not very clean. The room given to us was quite small. Most of the TV channels were for pay. The toiletries provided were minimal. On the other hand, there are two positive things about this hotel. One is its good air-conditioning system and the other one is the strong water supply in the toilet and shower room. Unfortunately, these are not enough for me to recommend this place. Sorry.

Great hospitality food and banquet.. Nice boutique rooms. Location heart of the city, very close to new delhi railway station easy to access. Neat and clean rooms. Hospitality awesome and great service.

It was very good staying thr.. especially Arun ver good taking care.. rooms are very very clean superb... Only thing food is very high if it is bit normal rates staying people won't go outside....and it was renovation is going on... Other than all good

The location of this Club is superb. The rooms and the bathroom are very clean. The housekeeping staff are very polite and professional.
Arjun who welcomed us at the reception is extra ordinary. Without his help we could not have completed our visit with such satisfaction. He helped us every step and was patient to explain everything to us who was there for the first time.
Everything was perfect except for one which is the Room linen and bathroom towels. But that did not make a difference as Arjun and his team made our stay very pleasant and We will surely recommend and go there ourselves if we are in Delhi.
Food and bar staff were good and food was very tasty and presented neatly.

Everything is just so excellent there... From the staff (specially the manager Arjun and the housekeeping Yakub) every one is humble, kind, promt and honest to their jobs...
The restaurant serves the best egg noodles, biryani and vegetarian food within pocket friendly prices....
The bar is very much equipped with variety of liquors surpirisengly affordable and economical..
The rooms are equipped with all modern amenities and fulfils all kind of requirements for leisure and business class travels. In close proximity to all the major business houses nearby in daryaganj..
All over a perfect stay for business as well as leisure....

It was a very good experience. Service staff and service are very good. Facilities like BAR, RESTAURANT, COFFEE SHOP excellent. Location is superb near to Lal Quick, Cannuaght Place, Delhi Gate Metro Station and I. S. B. T.

My stay in this hotel was very comfortable. Rooms are neat and tidy, though little small. Room service is good. Bar & Restaurant with Karaoke nite is enjoyable. There are some offers on liquor too. Complimentary breakfast is good, though not much choice. Overall quality of service is excellent. The hotel is located in Daryaganj, a not too impressive area. Metro is some 10 minutes walk from hotel. The Manager Arjun Verma is very cooperative and available 24 x 7 for your service. He is ever smiling and supportive.

It was really a good and comfortable stay with Mgm Residency, food was good and like the taste and variety. Near to metro delhi gate. The staff is very adaptive and supportive. The property is extremely neat and clean and COVID protocols are followed diligently. An amazing experience to have had. Must visit again here.

Nice place to stay near jama masjid,Raj ghat and red fort. Jama masjid metro station is nearby. Excellent service. Rooms are clean and well furnished. They have bar,restaurant, banquet and conference hall. Food is delicious. Well recommended to everyone. If you are nearby visit there for once.

The rooms are very neat and clean, staff are well co-operative towards every guest. They assisted us with transport whenever we needed it. Food was very tasty, they have a live music in restaurant. I stayed here for 3 Nights with my friends and enjoy alot.

We were disappointed when we checked in. We had taken the family room which had two queen beds . Comfortable for four . But the rooms are not super clean . However the staff were helpful. They allowed early check in and late check out . They even arranged an early breakfast as per our request. Room heaters were provided on request as well . If you are looking only at spending the night here , it’s okay to stay here . We did not use the restaurant other than for breakfast.

Come and relax, employees also available in 24*7. Restaurant up to 11pm, good food, red Fort nearby, all services are good. Neat and clean area. Good location Metro station is also nearby... Thanks to Mgm staff

I was stayed here for 3 days with me sweet wife. All arrangements are excellent.Food is very delicious especially Chinese and Indian food. Nice Rooms , neat and clean, washrooms are good. Safe for couples, families etc. They have a restaurant and Bar and many more facilities are there. Overall good stay. Thanks to Mgm Staff... 🙏🙏👍
