valet service is good and sincere.
Pros:

It’s location. Nearby Chapora lane.

Cons:

1.Staff need to improve hospitality. Staff need to be linient and attentive.
2. Food is expensive and quality is bad. Fish served was like rubber. Breakfast is not ok.
3. Gallary in photos is deceiving. No gallary to room. Room given is congested . No air ventilation cexcept you need to keep door open, but lobby is smoking zone so it’s difficult to keep door open .My wife feels claustrophobic in room as roof is low lying.

Cons:

The restaurant staff was too busy to take dine-in orders or address us during breakfast buffet.
Rest of the things and our stay was beyond excellent.

Overall the stay very satisfactory.
Pros:

We got what we expected and more for the rate of the room per night.
The staff was very accommodating and polite.

Cons:

The quality of Iron was not up to par, and the size of the ironing table was small to do proper ironing of a pant or a jacket.
