Cons:

⚠️ Caution: Misleading Photos & Lack of Transparency

The hotel is significantly smaller than it appears in the photos. If you notice that the next few days or even a single day - are marked as "sold out," there's a good chance a wedding event is being hosted. In that case, don't expect the quiet, relaxing stay you're paying for.

During my stay, I encountered constant stage setup, staff rushing around, welding noise from upstairs, and restricted access to the pool - all without any prior notice or communication from the hotel.

My advice: always check upcoming availability before booking. If nearby dates are sold out, consider staying somewhere else.

Extremely disappointing experience. 1 star.

valet service is good and sincere.

It’s location. Nearby Chapora lane.

Cons:

1.Staff need to improve hospitality. Staff need to be linient and attentive.
2. Food is expensive and quality is bad. Fish served was like rubber. Breakfast is not ok.
3. Gallary in photos is deceiving. No gallary to room. Room given is congested . No air ventilation cexcept you need to keep door open, but lobby is smoking zone so it’s difficult to keep door open .My wife feels claustrophobic in room as roof is low lying.
