It was OK (average) to stay for few hours only.
Pros:

B'fast was OK, location is good.

Cons:

Bad smell on second floor lobby. Only one towel, and that too very small one.
Booking was not reflecting in hotel PC, which takes time to check-in.

Pros:

I stayed at Treebo Pink City Grand for a short time and overall found it comfortable.
The room was clean, tidy, and easy to settle into.
There was an unexpected moment when I noticed a rat in the room on arrival, which was unsettling.
I informed the staff, and they were calm, polite, and quick to help.
They checked the room properly and reassured me until I felt comfortable.
Overall, it was a decent stay, and the staff’s response made a difference. 😊

No plug is working, Towels provided are too old and not cleaned, wash basin water maximum drop over the counter not in tap, bathroom kit(Hand wash, shampoo etc) are of poor quality, commode cover was broken, electricity was sparkling and short, most of the time it is just on and off. Breakfast was buffet included with room, all the food provided (Alu paratha, pasta etc. ) are of poor quality. If u want bread they will provide 2pcs after 15 min, papaya was there of very less qty. All these foods if you need they will provide, but it will take time and as per the body language of the service boy u can't ask more. Overall of very poor condition, Not recommended.

Very bad experience. Hotel is good for solo & two person but for family it was not good.
Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

Room was not comfortable. We had major issue with washroom and the hotel employee didn’t act upon my request as washroom was not comfortable and not good. Breakfast they say buffet but they don’t give any food options. It was not worthy for the amount 5000 for family.

There’s nothing particularly appealing about it; it’s only convenient because it’s close to WTP and GT for shopping.

Cons:

Bedsheets had burn marks and the room smelled unpleasant.
Room cleaning required repeated requests and rude follow-ups.
Some staff were egoistic and unhelpful.
Breakfast quality was extremely poor.
Very strict checkout policy, even for minor delays.
Basic amenities like toilet paper and toothpaste were missing.
