Pros:

The property was amazing. Clean big rooms with great location. Ordered a couple of items off the menu, and the food was good. The speed of food delivery could be better, but rest was great.

Cons:

I visited the hotel for work, so I needed a good wifi connection which was missing. The wifi for breaking up consistently.

Pros:

The staff behavior specially pyush who is managing all the operations of the hotel. The breakfast was also good in taste and fresh. Room size given to me was enough to accommodate two person with one kid.

Cons:

The location of the hotel on the map. It is wrongly mapped and misleading me in locating the hotel. The basic things are also need to put in the room before arrival of the guest.

Worst hotel, please avoid at any cost
Pros:

There is almost nothing worth liking in this hotel.

Cons:

Our stay in this hotel was a nightmare. It took them 40 minutes to check us in. One of the rooms was not even cleaned. It took them another 15 minutes. They gave us used towels which were dirty. The bed linen was soiled. The occupants of our adjacent room were partying loudly late into the night and the room had no insulation. Even basic things like bathroom footrug, dustbin, water bottles were not available..I am really shocked how Booking.com allowed this hotel to list.

Pros:

Great service, nice and clean room but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Pros:

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset.
