Pros:

Receptionist Arpita was awesome in her support during checkin & also in helping us with all our needs. All staff were friendly and ready to help. Nice room & facilities. We loved the hotel.

Cons:

Maybe the geaser could sustain hot water for a longer time.

A comfortable and convenient airport stay with helpful staff and good breakfast.
Pros:

We stayed at Presidency Airport Hotel for one night and had a pleasant overall experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were courteous. Although our room didn't have a refrigerator as mentioned during check-in, the reception team promptly offered to store our items in a refrigerated area and return them whenever we needed them, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of South Indian dishes. The complimentary basement parking was convenient, and the security staff were especially helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

The information provided during check-in about complimentary juice in the room refrigerator was inaccurate, as there was no refrigerator in our room. The bathroom shattaf also had some issues and could use maintenance. At breakfast, the coffee cups could have been cleaner or replaced, as they did not appear to be in the best condition.

Great hotel right next to the airport
Pros:

Convenient - right next to airport, seamless customer experience - staff take very good care of you, lovely rooms with toiletries and plenty of towels, very comfortable beds too, lovely breakfast, cant complain

Cons:

Better lighting around the swimming pool area wouldve been better

Wonderful
Pros:

Location close to Airport wonderful and very cooperative staff the food was exceptional very courteous staff ambience was exceptional. We had to stay back beyond check out hours because my aged mom had fever they allowed us stay back till our flight timings.

迎車をちゃんとしてくれたら、また泊まりたいです。
Pros:

空港から見える所にあるのが、何より良かったです。また部屋も広くて、キレイで、お茶セットとお菓子まで置いてありました。

Cons:

空港からの迎車が付いていたのですが、ブッキング・コムからとワッツアップとで連絡して30分待っても、来て貰えませんでした。歩いて数分だったので、まあいいんですけど。

A comfortable and convenient stay with excellent hospitality, especially from the front desk team.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The receptionist Joyal Biju is really nice. He received me very well and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. He even followed up on a particular request I had made and ensured that it was addressed promptly. His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made my stay much more comfortable. The hotel's location right in front of Kochi Airport is also very convenient for travelers. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay near the airport.

Cons:

The dinner options were limited and could have been better if served in the main restaurant with a wider variety of choices.
