ganz billige Einrichtung, überheizte Zimmer, in denen man die Heizung nicht selber regulieren kann, wlan mit ständigen Ausfällen, schwacher Wasserdruck, schlechte Matratzen und unzureichende Schalldämmung

Das Hotel Regina wirkt wie eine schlecht geführte Jugendherberge. Betten und Matratzen sind schlecht, die Zimmer sind hellhörig und der Wasserdruck im Bad ist schwach. Überall steht irgendwelches Zeug rum. Wer unbedingt in Sankt Augustin übernachten muss, der sollte eher "Das Augustin" oder "Hotel Hangelar" wählen.
